With beautiful views of Mt Rainier and the Olympic Mountains the raised platform of the Tukwila International Blvd light rail station is one of the prettiest on the line. There are two City of Tukwila parks that are just under a mile away, and the 185 acre Ed Munro Seahurst Park is just over a mile making it a great stop for those who do not mind walking or biking around to see the area. This light rail station is unique in the fact that it has 600 parking lot spaces that are available to transit users. It is also the closest station to the Westfield Southcenter Mall and all of the amenities that make up that area although it is a bit of a walk as well.
This 6.1 acre city park has a great view of downtown Seattle and some of the amenities include a picnic shelter, a maze, a Little League T-ball field and a large open area for other activities.
